The open mic night at the Callback Bar has wrapped up, but there is no shortage of live entertainment in Sacramento this fall. The Callback Bar shares a home with the Punch Line Comedy Club, which has one of the busiest comedy calendars in Northern California.
Punch Line Sacramento books touring headliners almost every night of the week. Its intimate room means even big names perform just a few feet from the audience, and the Callback Bar next door is a relaxed spot for a drink before or after the show. Many comics use the club to test new material before a tour or a special.
The lineup for the coming weeks is strong. Taylor Tomlinson, known for her Netflix specials and late-night TV, plays two nights. Phoebe Robinson, Kellen Erskine, Geoffrey Asmus and Sophie Buddle also have dates, plus special shows such as a Spanish-language set from Poly Diaz.
Most shows have a two-drink minimum, and seating is first come, first served, so arrive early if you want a table near the stage. Weekend late shows are a good option when the early show sells out.
See the full schedule and prices on our Punch Line Comedy Club Sacramento tickets page. Headliners in a small room sell out fast, so book ahead.
