Getting the Most Out of Your Message

Every note that reaches the station gets read, and a little detail goes a long way toward getting you a useful reply. Tell us in the subject line what your message is about, such as a song request, a question about a contest or feedback on a show, so it lands with the right person faster.

Song requests and show feedback

If you heard a track you loved, or one you never want to hear again, tell us the day and roughly what time it played. Our on-air schedule shows who was behind the mic, which helps us pass your comments to the right host. Requests are always welcome, whether it's a deep cut from a classic album or a new band you think belongs alongside the heavy hitters. We can't promise every song will make the playlist, but listener suggestions help shape what Tulsa hears.

Contest questions

Before writing in about a giveaway, check the rules and eligibility details on our contests page. Most common questions about entry deadlines, age limits and prize pickup are answered there. If you've won something, include your full name and the contest name so we can find your entry quickly.

Local bands and event tips

Tulsa has a deep rock tradition, and we want to hear from musicians and promoters in the area. If you're sending music, include a link to where it can be streamed, a short note about the band and where you're based. For show announcements, include the venue, date and a contact for more information. We can't feature everything, but upcoming shows may find their way onto our concert calendar.

• Allow a few days for a response, especially around big events and holidays.
• For anything urgent during a live broadcast, tuning in and listening for on-air instructions is usually the quickest route.
